American Prostate Cancer Foundation (APCF) is committed to improving the health and well-being of men with prostate cancer through a holistic approach. Our mission is to engage, educate, and enhance the quality of life for those affected by prostate cancer. To advance improved outcomes for prostate cancer patients, we strive to promote minimally invasive treatments while subsidizing research and education in prostate cancer prevention.
We are committed to a holistic approach, particularly in Complementary and Integrated medicine, to augment the management of prostate cancer and improve patients’ quality of life (QOL) during and after cancer treatments. In addition, we believe in enabling patients with prostate cancer to access cost-effective, state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment options.
We also recognize the importance of educating patients about treatments in cancer care, such as nutritional therapy, yoga, and strengthening the mind and body. Therefore, we are dedicated to providing patients with the knowledge and resources they need to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Overall, our goal is to improve the lives of men with prostate cancer and their families by providing compassionate care, appropriate lifestyle choices, and comprehensive support services.
